Sean started his career in 1990 as the Operations Manager at Chicken Unlimited, a family run business, for 6 years. He then moved onto Ansa Mcal Group and worked in the Industrial, Agricultural and Automotive Division where he was a Parts Salesman, Industrial and Agriculture Salesman, Parts Manager, Sales Manager and then a Divisional Manager as a result of his recognized accomplishments.

Sean then moved onto Climate Control in the position of Operations Manager and over the next 8 years became the Managing Director. During his tenure at Climate Control, Sean was able to grow the size of the company successfully with the opening of new branches in Tobago and Barbados, thereby managing five (5) branches and over 100 team members. In 2013 he decided to take the dive into opening an AC company with a couple shareholders and started Climetrics Limited.

After a visit to Florida in 2015, Sean recognized the growing trend in decorative concrete and saw the opportunity to start his own company in an industry that was new to Trinidad and the Caribbean region. Shortly after, he founded Crete Art Limited with a small showroom in Sparrows Hideaway which was outgrown in the matter of one year. In 2016 Crete Art moved to 64 Diego Martin Main Road, where it sits currently, at a 6200 sq. ft facility making up our office, indoor and outdoor showroom displays, warehouse and counter top workshop. These facilities are considered one of the best in the industry.

Sean works tirelessly from office to sites daily to ensure Crete Art always has a new project to complete. The staff feels confident and safe that they are in good hands with him. His entrepreneurial skills are unmatched and his team members are sure to learn in his presence. While everyone respects his authority, Sean generally adopts a very participative leadership style which compliments Crete Art’s dynamic well.
